Meet the Team

Tiffany Villa

Founder

As the founder of Solara Circle, Tiffany brings both academic training and hands-on experience to the organization’s mission of supporting adults with autism. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology from the University of California, Berkeley, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding the brain, behavior, and neurodiversity.

For the past several years, she has worked closely with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, an experience that has deeply shaped her approach to care. Through this work, she has seen both the need for supportive, community-based programs for adults with autism and the meaningful impact that consistent, relationship-driven support can have.

Outside of her work, Tiffany finds joy in the ocean, yoga, and spending time with animals (especially her dog). These interests directly translate into the activities she enjoys sharing with clients, many of whom also love the ocean, swimming, animals, and creating art!
