Our Story

Our Story & Promise

Our journey began with a simple but powerful realization: adults with autism deserve spaces where they can truly thrive, grow, and express their unique personalities. We saw a need for care that blends high-quality, professional support with a warm, joyful environment. Most importantly, we knew we couldn't do it alone, true progress happens when we work hand-in-hand as a trusted partner and extension of your family support system.

We also know that for autistic individuals, consistency is everything. That is why we intentionally keep our team small and consistent; our staff has limited turnover and rarely calls out, giving your loved one a dependable routine they can trust. Because we are a close-knit program, we never treat clients like a number, we know all of our clients and their families on a personal level.

Ultimately, our goal is to give you true peace of mind. We take the heavy lifting of coordinating schedules, managing daily logistics, and handling specialized care details completely off your shoulders. We run things seamlessly in the background so you never have to worry about the operational details, allowing you to just focus on being a supportive parent while your loved one thrives.

Today, our mission is to empower individuals, support families, and celebrate every milestone along the way.

What Guides Us Every Day:

  • Dependable Consistency: We prioritize low staff turnover and a reliable routine so our clients always feel secure.

  • Deep Personal Connections: We know every family and individual on a personal level, treating you like a true partner.

  • Joyful Care: We bring positive energy and fun into everything we do.

  • Uncompromising Respect: We honor each individual’s independence, choices, and voice.

Tiffany Villa

Founder

As the founder of Solara Circle, Tiffany brings both academic training and hands-on experience to the organization’s mission of supporting adults with autism. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Neurobiology from the University of California, Berkeley, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding the brain, behavior, and neurodiversity.

For the past several years, she has worked closely with individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, an experience that has deeply shaped her approach to care. Through this work, she has seen both the need for supportive, community-based programs for adults with autism and the meaningful impact that consistent, relationship-driven support can have.

Outside of her work, Tiffany finds joy in the ocean, yoga, and spending time with animals (especially her dog). These interests directly translate into the activities she enjoys sharing with clients, many of whom also love the ocean, swimming, animals, and creating art!
